I’m Carlos Napoles, the proud owner of FT Solutions. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Since a young age, I have always been into technology. In 2007, wanting to offer custom IT solutions for small businesses, I started FT Solutions to a tremendous response.

In the nearly fourteen years I have been in IT consulting-related business, I have widened my reach to support all organizations. My real-life, hands-on experience has taught me continually to follow my passions. Similarly, through my business, I have made it my mission and goal to offer my clients worry-free technology, become more responsive, and better organize my process.

The part of my business that I find most enjoyable is the many chances I get to be of service to my community and various local businesses. I run my business based on quick response time and customer service, which builds trust and relationships that last a lifetime.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart from others is my commitment to transparency in all that I do and my proactive approach to IT-related issues my customers face.

I attribute my success to my years of dedication, eye for detail, never-say-die attitude, and track record of always satisfying my clients.

The fact that I have always given 100% to every project and enabled my clients to live high-tech yet straightforward, stress-free lives has given me immense satisfaction over the years.

When I am not at work, I like to stay active. I enjoy mountain biking and hunting. I also spend some of my free time exploring music and flying drones.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
